3. Job Content 工作内容
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 主要职责 / 责任
Evaluate the new material for special cases and summarize the application characteristics
Prepare and coordinate the lab scale samples and documents for local and overseas customers per request
Work closely with technical and operation team to fully understand customer’s request on sample and application
Pre-check the regulatory compliance of customer’s formula request with the support of QA
Participate in the formula maintaining for ready production
Provide and confirm the information contained break-down to the customer for registration or records
Prepare documents where needed
Maintain the specialized function in system
4. Knowledge and Educational Level 知识和教育水平
Knowledge:
1. Be familiar with Chinese regulatory on foods, especially on food premix
2. Basic understanding of nutrition industry (segment, player, products, etc.) is a better
3. Fluency in English is preferred
4. Extensive knowledge about traditional nutrients of vitamin, mineral, carotenoids, etc is better
5. Basic knowledge about food processing (spay drying, blending, tableting, capsule, etc.) and food analysis is desired
Education Level：
Bachelor degree and above, in nutrition, food, pharmaceutical or biology discipline
5. Required Levels of Experiences 所需的工作经验
1. Ability to work in a Microsoft IT environment
2. Some hands-on experience in food processing and food analysis is a plus
3. Good teamwork and can work under pressure
4. Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
